Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to support on-site operations at St. Lukes Apartments in Richmond, VA.

The role assists the Community Manager with leasing, maintenance coordination, resident requests, and administrative tasks to keep the community running smoothly and in line with HUD/HAP and tax credit requirements. Qualifications

• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete or supervise weekly activity reports, rental applications, and recording of leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in implementing resident renewal and retention programs.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents, including delinquent rents.
