Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the leasing team, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our apartment communities.

You will collect rents and process payments, assist with tours (virtual and in-person), review invoices, respond to resident inquiries, and help coordinate safety and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar role.
• Strong budgeting and fiscal reporting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and posting, prepare deposits and payables.
• Assist leasing team with apartment tours (virtual and in-person).
• Review invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns; resolve issues.
• Coordinate safety, events, and community activities with onsite team.
• Act as on-site supervisor when Community Manager is absent.
