Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator at Saint Lukes Apartments in Richmond, VA. The role supports residents, works with the Community Manager, and coordinates services and referrals to improve resident satisfaction and success.

You will assist residents in accessing social services, employment resources, and educational opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and building partnerships with local agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, education on services, and referral of residents to community providers.
• Assist residents with job fairs, job openings, resumes and training opportunities.
• Coordinate educational opportunities on health care, life skills, safety, and credit.
• Develop Resource Directory of service providers and maintain relationships with agencies.
• Assist residents with economic development and opening bank accounts.
• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Support Community Manager with special projects.

Education
