Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in the Los Angeles area to oversee the daily upkeep of our apartment community. This is a full-time position reporting to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule and on-call readiness.

You will perform appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs, handle preventative maintenance, and support unit turnover and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents and assist with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and follow schedules.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and landscaping.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow company policies and support resident education.
