Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and operates on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with on-call duties.

Responsibilities include repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, preparing units for new residents, conducting preventive maintenance, and helping with groundskeeping and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and on-site tasks.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry and upkeep work.
• Comfort with responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents including cleaning and repairs; support move-in/move-out inspections.
• Conduct preventative maintenance per manuals and schedules.
• Assist with common-area cleaning and exterior grounds maintenance.
• Be available for after-hours on-call emergencies.
• Follow company policies and collaborate with the property team.
