Legacy Partners is seeking a diligent on-site Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in the Los Angeles area. The role involves day-to-day maintenance under the Service Tech Supervisor, with on-call emergencies and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, carpentry, cleaning, turnover work, and preventative maintenance, plus keeping records and assisting with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform light repairs on appliances, fixtures, plumbing, and electrical items.
• Comfort with on-call emergencies and weekend coverage.

Responsabilités

• General Maintenance - repair appliances, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and related items.
• Painting and Carpentry - painting interiors/exteriors; minor door/window repairs.
• Custodial Support - clean apartments and common areas.
• Grounds and Exterior Upkeep - assist with exterior repairs and upkeep.
• Apartment Turnovers - refurbish units for new residents.
• Preventative Maintenance - schedule and perform equipment maintenance.
• Administrative and Compliance - maintain records and safety procedures.
• Resident Relations - communicate professionally with residents during requests.
• Team Collaboration - participate in emergency standby rotation and maintain property standards.
