Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule and on-call availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, prepping units for new residents, preventative maintenance, grounds care, and collaboration with the property team to keep the community in top shape.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of multifamily properties or similar environments.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Willingness to work on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs: fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Apartment turnover: prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative care: perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Cleaning and grounds: help with common areas, landscaping, and exterior repairs.
• On-call and safety: be available after hours for emergencies.
• Teamwork and standards: follow company policies and maintenance procedures.
