Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician/Manager to oversee daily upkeep of an apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with on-call duties.

Responsibilities include appliance and system repairs, unit turnover, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and safety compliance. Benefits and relocation opportunities may be offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repairs – Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
• Apartment Turnover – Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative Care – Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Help with cleaning common areas and apartments.
