Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site maintenance professional for an apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with Sunday through Thursday work and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry; preparing units for new residents; routine preventative care; cleaning common areas; and assisting with exterior repairs while maintaining a professional team attitude.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills including appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Turnover procedures for new residents, cleaning and repairs.
• Preventative maintenance following manuals and schedules.
• Cleaning common areas and exterior grounds upkeep.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and maintain professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs – Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry.
• Apartment Turnover – Prepare units for new residents, assist with inspections.
• Preventative Care – Routine maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Clean common areas and assist with landscaping.
• On-Call & Safety – After-hours emergencies and know utility shut-offs.
• Teamwork & Standards – Follow policies and maintain professional attitude.
