Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of a multi-family community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires full-time availability, including on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities include appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs; unit turnovers; preventative maintenance; and basic landscaping. A strong team player with professional standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry items.
• Prepare units for new residents including cleaning and repairs.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance per schedules.
• Support exterior repairs and basic landscaping at the site.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and safety issues.
• Collaborate with the property team to uphold standards and resident services.
