Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Ancillary Manager to lead the team that generates on-day show upsell revenue. You will work closely with the venue leadership and core team to optimize staffing and upsell execution during events.

You will coordinate with the box office to troubleshoot opportunities, suggest pricing strategies, and contribute to best practices for presales and day-of-show. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Experience leading upsell programs at live events.
Ability to communicate across venue leadership.
Strong guest service orientation and teamwork.
