Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Camden, NJ is seeking an Ancillary Revenue Representative to join the venue's ancillary sales team. You will communicate offerings like Premier parking and lawn chair rentals to guests and work with the Ancillary Manager to tailor offers for each show, combining attention to detail with independent work within a collaborative team.

The role requires walking, standing, and ability to lift 25+ pounds, with flexible weekday/weekend scheduling including late evenings,

Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must pass pre-employment background check.
Must be physically able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with questions about venue amenities.
Handle pre-purchased lawn chairs and venue retail; manage day-of-show rentals.
Communicate daily promotions, upsells, and ticket deals to guests.
Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents.
Maintain safety compliance and process credit card transactions per guidelines.
Participate in post-show cleanup including recycling and compostable materials.
