Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Ancillary Manager for Citizens Live at The Wylie. You will lead a team generating VIP upgrades, coat check, premier parking, and other upsell revenue before and during shows, coordinating with venue staff and leadership.

You will oversee staff, inventory, and sales strategies across nights and weekends, ensuring seamless guest experiences and strong revenue outcomes while engaging with diverse guests and crews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading upsell and merch operations at live events.
• Ability to manage staff across shows and coordinate with venue teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and flexible hours.
• Comfortable standing/walking long periods, outdoors, in all weather.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and assist upsell and coat check staff during shows.
• Facilitate sales via SevenRooms prior to show days.
• Oversee sale and inventory of venue-brand merchandise.
• Coordinate with box office and leadership on upsell availability and execution.
• Provide feedback on pricing strategies and team execution for presales and day-of-show.
