Asset Living in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances and risk, ensuring compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in affordable housing programs, CAM/ARM certification, strong leadership, budgeting, marketing and resident relations skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and Fair Housing knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site staff and personnel.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Develop marketing plans and leasing strategies.
• Handle resident relations, complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and fair housing laws.
