Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financials, and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and coordinating with vendors and emergency teams. A background in affordable housing programs and CAM/ARM designations are valued but not strictly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and staff development.
• On-site supervision of all operations, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and emergency response to minimize liability.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
