Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site in Texas. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and compliance, and ensure resident satisfaction.

As an on-site leader, you will implement marketing plans, monitor financials, and coordinate maintenance and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to fair housing and resident service.

Qualifications

• Regular daily onsite attendance required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach and develop onsite staff per company directives.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges timely.
• Understand and apply Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
