Asset Living in Atlanta is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies to maximize NOI while delivering exceptional resident service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and operate on‑site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Strategic leasing management and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
