Asset Living, Austell, GA, seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations of an affordable housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.), on-site supervision skills, and ability to develop operating budgets and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Personnel Management.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoicing.
• Head emergency team for the property and ensure timely response to emergencies.
