Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Columbus, GA to oversee the full operation of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in affordable/housing management, strong leadership, and experience with property management systems.

Qualifications

• . High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or 4 years housing experience.
• .1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff performance.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, and admin tasks.
• Ensure safety, fair housing compliance, and policy adherence.
• Develop annual operating budgets and revenue strategies.
• Lead emergency response and vendor management.
