Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at our West River Boulevard Tower Four property. This on-site role focuses on delinquency control, leasing, maintenance oversight, and compliance with housing guidelines.

The ideal candidate has experience with affordable programs (LIHTC, HUD) and strong leadership skills, ensuring budgeted revenues and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or at least two years housing industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in housing.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.) is desirable.
• Familiarity with rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Develop resident retention and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
