Job summary

SixHorse Creative, based in Lexington, KY, seeks an Account Manager to serve as primary contact for client accounts and drive projects from concept to delivery. You’ll manage orders, timelines, fulfillment, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time results.

You will also respond to client inquiries, prepare quotes, and spot opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, including e-commerce store management and ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team while providing exceptional client service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure and meet frequent deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet-based platforms.

• Strong follow-through and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and manage projects from concept through delivery.
• Handle client orders, track timelines, manage fulfillment, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Respond to client questions, troubleshoot issues, and prepare quotes and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Oversee assigned client e-commerce stores, including product updates and inventory coordination.
