This client-facing role focuses on relationship-building, problem solving, and coordinating multiple moving pieces—from apparel to fulfillment—without traditional cold-calling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to manage and grow client relationships.
• Work with clients on branded merchandise needs, including apparel and promotional products.
• Source products and develop solutions to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
• Coordinate projects from idea through production and delivery, on time and on budget.
• Serve as liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage ecommerce stores and company merchandise programs.
