Sitemetric, a field-based access control solutions provider, is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Afternoon) to join our on-the-ground team at client sites in York, SC.

You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and on-site support, ensuring safety and smooth operations with a proactive, professional approach.

Travel across US may be required; shift-based hours; accurate documentation and quick problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintained professionalism under pressure

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts accurate
• Parking Management: issue and monitor parking passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and logs
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with access control needs as required
