Sitemetric LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring an Access Control Officer (FT, Morning shift) to support on-site operations at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries, ensuring security and smooth workflows.

This field-based, shift-based role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You may travel domestically to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Tech forward mindset.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for everyone entering/leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
