Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field operations in Frederick, MD on a part-time morning shift. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery coordination, and provide frontline support to customers and site teams.

You will work closely with senior leadership on-site at one or more jobsites, with travel across the US possible. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintain safety and smooth

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Follow SOPs (in English).
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and coordinate with customer and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass use.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
