Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for afternoon shifts at one or more Frederick, MD sites. The role emphasizes worker registration, badging, and managing access while maintaining high safety and service levels.

You will work with leadership across the organization, support parking, visitors, and deliveries, and document activities to ensure accurate site records and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Detail orientation and ability to manage tasks in dynamic environments
• Proactive and adaptable with a customer-service focus

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for all entrants
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan logs for headcount
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with logs
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and logs
• Ad hoc access control responsibilities to support customers
