Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for a part-time, afternoon shift working on customer construction sites within the United States, including Texas. The role emphasizes worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor/delivery oversight with a focus on safety and security.

Applicants must meet licensing, pass screenings, and demonstrate strong English communication and professionalism under pressure. Travel to multiple job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and complexity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified; maintain accurate worker headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries; create written records for the customer.
• Provide support in all areas of access control including logs and parking management.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities to support customers.
