Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time night shifts in Frederick, MD. You will handle worker registration and badging, verify identities, manage parking and deliveries, and provide front-line support on customer construction sites.

The role requires professionalism, strong English communication, and the ability to work with senior leadership across sites. Flexibility with shift schedules and travel across US sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and varying hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and task prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for the customer and team.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs as required.
