Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT: Morning) in Frederick, MD to support site operations on customer construction sites. The role requires on-site presence, registration and badging duties, parking and visitor management, and responsive issue resolution to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes professionalism, proactive service, and flexibility in shift-based hours across U.S. job sites, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and long hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in taking on more responsibilities to serve customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges and headcount records are accurate.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs for customers.
