Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our day shift in Laurel, MD, supporting on-site operations at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery processes to ensure security and smooth workflow.

The role requires professionalism, a proactive approach, and flexibility, with potential travel across the United States and varying shift times to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and coordinate with customer and Sitemetric teams.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate worker headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for customers.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc access control: assist with on-demand tasks for customers.
