Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts in York, SC. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access, while coordinating with customers and the Sitemetric team to uphold security requirements.

The role requires in-person work at one or more local sites with occasional travel across the United States. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, ability to obtain required licensing, and competence with English

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan in to verify identity
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support on-time access control needs as required
