Sitemetric LLC in Pecos, TX is seeking an Access Control Officer, part-time, day shift, to support on-site operations at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

This role requires strong English communication, the ability to follow SOPs, and a proactive approach to serve customers and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Adaptable and proactive with willingness to take on more responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor site access per security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue and track parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document entries and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access-control support and troubleshoot issues.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with one-time and ongoing access-control tasks.
