Sitemetric LLC in York, SC is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments. You will report to the Site Logistics Leader and ensure operational performance, site compliance, and workforce logistics.

The role requires flexibility to work shift-based schedules, including nights and weekends, and aims to deliver high-quality service across dynamic construction environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Access Control Officers or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Shift oversight and compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project; ensure proper deployment, training, and support.
• Operational leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable; escalate shift issues.
• Workforce management: Verify attendance and performance; provide coaching and support to ACOs.
• Customer & stakeholder interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer reps during shifts; maintain professional communication.
• Logistics & administration: Maintain shift records; ensure equipment and technology function properly; assist with scheduling.
