The role emphasizes persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required with attractive bonus potential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of backend subprime collections experience.
• Auto collections experience required.
• Knowledge of state and federal collection laws, including FDCPA.
• Strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Contact customers with accounts 90+ days past due to discuss options.
• Use skip-tracing to locate customers or collateral.
