Westlake Financial in Dallas, TX is seeking a 90-Day Collector to reduce delinquencies and locate collateral when needed. You will manage accounts over 90 days past due, use skip-tracing techniques, and negotiate tailored payment plans to bring accounts current.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict adherence to FDCPA rules.

Competenze

• 3+ years of backend subprime collections experience.
• Auto collections experience required.
• Strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state/federal collection laws.
• Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and basic web apps.
