Job summary

Westlake Financial is hiring a 90-Day Collector in Dallas, TX, on-site. You will manage accounts more than 90 days past due, using skip-tracing, and negotiate payment solutions to bring balances current. Collaboration with repossession agents and a focus on quality, compliance, and performance are essential.

Candidates should have 3+ years in backend subprime collections, auto collections experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Flexible scheduling incl. overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in backend subprime collections.
• Experience with auto loan collections preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skip-tracing methods and laws.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with accounts >90 days past due to discuss options.
• Use skip-tracing to locate customers or collateral.
• Negotiate payment solutions to bring accounts current.
• Achieve monthly goals while maintaining compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with repossession agents to recover collateral when needed.
• Handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
