Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a 60-Day Collector in Agoura Hills to reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You will contact customers 31–60 days past due, negotiate payment plans, and aim to meet daily and monthly targets while upholding quality and compliance standards.

You will use skip-tracing tools when needed, coordinate with repossession agents, and support a fast-paced team focused on minimizing losses.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with professional phone etiquette.
• Flexible schedule; willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers to develop payment plans.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly goals while ensuring compliance.
• Make outbound calls to secure payments and timely arrangements.
