Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the primary technical face across Italy. The role requires extensive travel (80%+), installing and commissioning 3D printing systems, training customers, and performing on-site repairs.

You will also manage travel logistics and document installations in Salesforce. You should have a strong electromechanical background, excellent English and Italian communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical/hardware background.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Willing to travel 80%+ and manage field visits.
• Valid B class driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installation & on-site training: travel to customer sites, install, commission, calibrate systems.
• Break-fix & maintenance: quick response to downtime, preventative maintenance, issue diagnosis.
