Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead on-road service providers, ensuring safe, timely package delivery and strong customer relationships. A DOT-certified driver with UPS driving experience is preferred, along with a flexible schedule and the ability to lead a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• DOT certification preferred and willingness to undergo a physical exam and driving test.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-road employees to maximize safety, efficiency, and quality of service.
• Develop work plans, troubleshoot inefficiencies, and monitor costs to budget.
• Maintain health and safety plans and conduct audits for risk reduction.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and support team collaboration.
