Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes administrative tasks such as performance reviews and training to support dispatch planning.
• Performs on-job supervision rides and audits to ensure adherence to UPS policies and procedures.
• Uses Orion, PAS, Telematics and other tools to identify performance improvements and risk mitigation.
• Communicates with customers to respond to service concerns and build relationships.
• Identifies business opportunities and forwards them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Encourages service providers to identify volume development opportunities for management.
