Responsibilities

• Completes administrative tasks like performance reviews and audits to support dispatch planning.
• Completes required on-job supervision audits to ensure adherence to UPS policies.
• Uses Orion, PAS, Telematics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Communicates with customers to address concerns and align with business goals.
• Identifies opportunities and forwards them to the appropriate department.
• Encourages providers to surface volume development opportunities to management.
