Job summary

Typical hours are Mon-Fri with potential extended shifts during peak periods. The position is permanent and located at a UPS operation hub in the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree).
• Must be DOT certified and willing to take a physical exam, including a driving test.
• Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate.
• Package driving experience required.
• Active, unrestricted, non-revoked driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily performance of service providers to ensure quality service and compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintains operational performance by developing work processes, troubleshooting inefficiencies, and monitoring costs.
• Leads performance evaluations and provides feedback and development for team members.
• Drives collaboration and communication within the team to meet business objectives.
• Ensures health and safety plans are implemented and maintained.
