Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an On Premise Portfolio Manager in Nashville, TN to lead the Bond & Royal brands in the independent on-premise space. You will manage a portfolio of premium spirits, build influential accounts, drive distribution, and secure menu placements.

This role requires at least 3 years of on-premise sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work nights and weekends. You will educate wholesalers and staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with distributors to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21+ years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 3 years of on premise sales experience.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
• Working knowledge of the three-tier beverage alcohol distribution system.
• Familiar with luxury spirit brands and marketing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Candidate must reside in or near the territory.
• Must be able to personally pay or charge ordinary and necessary business expenses that will be timely reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support on premise accounts daily to meet a monthly quota.
• Achieve distribution, menu placements, and volume KPIs.
• Greatly increase the Sazerac presence in your account universe.
• Drive sales, visibility, and provide appropriate support within your account universe.
• Lead educational seminars for on premise influencers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Provide cocktail suggestions and techniques, wait staff trainings, and drink pairing ideas.
• Develop and manage promotional budget; track and manage expenses.
• Monitor inventory and participate in ride-alongs to educate wholesalers.
