Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative in Florida. You will partner with on-premise accounts to drive volume, distribution, and brand equity across our diverse spirits portfolio.

The role emphasizes solution selling, data-driven insights, and strong collaboration with distributors and retailers. Ideal candidates live in or near the territory with 1+ year of field sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1+ year of field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results-driven with proven volume achievements.
• Technical savvy with sales data analytics tools.
• Mobility: valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Location: reside in or near territory.
• Ability to cover ordinary business expenses with reimbursement.
• Compliance: solicitor's permit in any state.

Responsabilités

• Craft solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and increase market share.
• Build brands by leveraging consumer and category trends to educate customers and drive sales.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands.
• Implement programs that deliver distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Coordinate communications between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
