Sazerac seeks a Market Development Representative to drive growth across our spirits brands in a defined territory. You’ll partner with on-premise accounts, lead distributor programs, and craft actionable sales strategies based on consumer and category insights.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in field sales within alcohol or CPG, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proven ability to meet volume and distribution goals using sales analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results-driven with proven volume achievements.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use sales data analytics to drive results.
• Mobility: valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Schedule: flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: personal expenses reimbursed.
• Compliance: solicitor’s permit in any state.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth for assigned accounts across Sazerac's spirits portfolio.
• Lead distributor programs with in-store selling, marketing and execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve volume and distribution goals.
• Use customer and category insights to educate and build brands.
• Communicate effectively with customers, wholesalers and internal teams.
