Sazerac is seeking an On-Premise Regional Manager based in Southern Florida. You will manage local on-premise chain accounts, build distributor relationships, and drive volume, distribution and brand programming across the state.

The role requires 2+ years in sales management in the on‑premise channel within CPG/alcohol, plus distributor management experience and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years sales management in on-premise channel within CPG or adult beverages.
• 2+ years distributor management / key accounts.
• Experience building and managing customer and distributor relationships to drive growth.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with on-premise chains and develop Joint Business Plans.
• Drive distributor relationships with KPIs to grow volume and share.
• Align pricing strategies with brand objectives across the state.
• Maintain distributor contact lists in CMS.
• Create annual programming within distributor network.
• Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and brand priorities.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Communicate national on-premise announcements and ensure compliance.
