Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth in Winter Haven or Lakeland, FL. You will partner with stores to grow on-premise and off-premise brands, lead distributors, and execute in-store programs while building strong customer relationships.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in field sales within alcohol/CPG, can travel within the territory, and are flexible for non-traditional hours. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory with a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near the territory and able to cover ordinary business expenses.
• Willingness to obtain a solicitor’s permit in any state where required.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost brand market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Use consumer trends to educate customers and drive sales across core brands.
• Pursue distribution, merchandising, display, and promotional goals.
• Develop rapport with customers and coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams.
