Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead key on-premise accounts and drive end-to-end execution of NSV and market share.

You will partner with distributors, plan local programming, manage budgets, and coordinate with marketing for in-market activations, while building strong customer partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree required and 1–5 years in consumer goods, with analytical, planning, and stakeholder-management skills to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years in consumer goods or related field.
• Stakeholder management with ability to influence across the business.
• Understanding of distribution, promotions, and selling techniques with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with On-Premise Key Accounts and growth levers.
• Excellent planning and self-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Budget development and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of NSV, DGP, market share in assigned accounts.
• Analyze distributor execution and competitive pricing to inform strategy.
• Lead local programming strategy, execution, and resource management.
• Plan and execute on-premise events and samplings with tracking.
• Manage budgets including OPEX, Brand Investment Funds, and T&E.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and coordinate with distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing to activate in-market programs.
