Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years in consumer goods or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques; strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and be the face of Suntory in key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of commercial responsibilities, NSV growth, and market share in assigned accounts.
• Develop and manage local programming strategy, promotions, and budgets with distributors.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships and collaborate with marketing managers for in-market activations.
• Lead planning discussions with local leadership to align on priorities and category/brand plans.
