Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a dynamic professional to manage a critical group of key accounts and work with on-premise partners to drive business. You will lead end-to-end execution, develop partnerships, and act as the face of Suntory in key accounts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years in consumer goods, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. On-premise experience and budget management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of experience in consumer goods or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of distribution, promotion and selling techniques; strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with On-Premise Key Accounts and driving growth; strong planning and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Market/Key Accounts Execution: drive NSV, DGP, market share and KPI targets in assigned territory; assess distributor execution and competitive programming.
• Business Planning: lead category and brand plans, POS, promotions, and new item introductions with brand standards.
• Relationship Management: build strong customer relationships; partner with distributors; collaborate with marketing for in-market activations.
